This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 18jl5 ("18jl5", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you", "Player", "User") who access or use the 18jl5 online gaming platform available at https://18jl5.app and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), as administered by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). This Policy should be read together with the 18jl5 Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions on a privacy-related matter, this Policy shall prevail.

18jl5 is the personal information controller ("PIC") as defined under the DPA with respect to the personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, 18jl5 determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the DPA and all applicable Philippine privacy regulations.

18jl5 has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and the DPA. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

When you register an account on 18jl5, we collect the following personal data: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, mobile phone number, and a username of your choosing. This data is required to create and maintain your account.

To comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and to verify your identity and age, 18jl5 may collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and, where required, documentation evidencing your source of funds. This data is processed as sensitive personal information under the DPA.

18jl5 collects records of all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus transactions associated with your account. We also collect the payment method details necessary to process transactions, such as your GCash or Maya account reference, or your bank account details for bank transfer transactions. Full payment card numbers are never stored on 18jl5 servers.

We collect data about your gaming activity on the Platform, including the games you play, bet amounts, session duration, game outcomes, and your use of responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion requests. This data is used to operate the Platform, detect problem gambling patterns, and comply with regulatory reporting obligations.

When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, device type and model, operating system, browser type and version, mobile network operator (e.g., Globe, Smart, DITO), session timestamps, and pages or features accessed. • Legitimate interests — processing is necessary for 18jl5's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform improvement, and responsible gaming compliance, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent — where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing (for example, for optional marketing communications), you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the DPO or updating your account notification preferences.

18jl5 uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and manage your 18jl5 account and to authenticate your identity when you log in.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and all other financial transactions associated with your account.

• To provide customer support and to resolve disputes, complaints, and technical issues.
• To send you transactional communications, including account notifications, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.
• To send you promotional and marketing communications about 18jl5 offers and new games, where you have consented to receive such communications or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
• To analyse Platform usage and player behaviour in aggregate to improve the performance, security, and features of the Platform.
• To comply with any court order, regulatory direction, or lawful request from a Philippine government authority or law enforcement agency.

18jl5 shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer partners), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, fraud detection and cybersecurity services, game software suppliers, and customer support platform providers. All service providers are contractually required to process personal data only on 18jl5's instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

18jl5 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or any other Philippine government authority or law enforcement agency where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of 18jl5's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and of any material changes to this Policy that result from it.

18jl5 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or any other commercial third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. This commitment applies without exception.

Some of 18jl5's service providers, including cloud infrastructure and game software suppliers, may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that afforded by the DPA, 18jl5 will implement appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses approved by the NPC, to ensure that your personal data remains protected to the standard required by Philippine law.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, subject to the safeguards described in this section.

18jl5 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional period as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and verification documents — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Financial and transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in accordance with BIR and AMLC requirements.
• Gaming activity data — retained for a minimum of three (3) years following account closure.
• Technical and device data — retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless required for longer retention for security or fraud investigation purposes.
• Support communications — retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the communication.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 18jl5's data disposal procedures.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. 18jl5 uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and collect aggregate usage data.

18jl5 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 18jl5 Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive personal data at rest, including KYC documents and financial records.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorised 18jl5 personnel with a legitimate need can access personal data.
• Multi-factor authentication for all internal systems that process personal data.
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent cybersecurity specialists.
• Continuous monitoring of the Platform for suspicious activity, intrusion attempts, and data breaches.
• A documented data breach response procedure, including notification to the NPC and affected players within the timeframes required by the DPA in the event of a personal data breach.

While 18jl5 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no security system is completely impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own 18jl5 account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact 18jl5 support immediately.

The 18jl5 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 18jl5 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on 18jl5, please contact our DPO immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15.

18jl5 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. Where a material change is made to this Policy, 18jl5 will notify registered players by email or via an on-screen notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised each time an amendment is made. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how 18jl5 protects your personal data. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
