Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

18jl5 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), a recent proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18jl5 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify 18jl5 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 18jl5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to notify 18jl5 promptly upon becoming aware of a security breach.
18jl5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. 18jl5 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
18jl5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where supported by the relevant issuing bank.
18jl5 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards. The use of credit cards to fund gambling accounts is not permitted under current Philippine payment regulations, and any deposit attempt made via a credit card will be declined. 18jl5 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 18jl5 cashier page and may be updated from time to time. All amounts on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 18jl5 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. 18jl5 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request is flagged for review under 18jl5's anti-money laundering procedures.
18jl5 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any winnings in excess of the original deposit amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method registered to your account.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 18jl5 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as published in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by 18jl5 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
18jl5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.
18jl5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts and in the process of being wagered in good faith.
All games available on the 18jl5 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager.
All slot games and random number generator (RNG) table games on 18jl5 use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 18jl5.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 18jl5 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
18jl5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 18jl5 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18jl5 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 18jl5 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 18jl5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 18jl5, you are encouraged to contact the 18jl5 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
For disputes relating to the fairness of a specific game outcome, 18jl5 may refer the matter to the relevant independent testing laboratory or game provider for review. The outcome of such a review shall be final and binding on both parties.
